OldSalt, Caddis - last information I had - was in line to make the end of this month, possibly Blackpool or Middlesbrough

How long Is Curtis Davies out for?
by OldSalt11/20/2012 12:02:25 PM
Whats the latest on the Takeover?
by Craig11/20/2012 12:02:27 PM
by Colin Tattum11/20/2012 12:02:29 PM
Takeover wise, no updates. Gianni Paladini's consortium have said it is up to Peter Pannu to make the next move after the arguments of last week. Both parties have gone silent again, hopefully there will be some clarity by the end of the week. The Italians, as I suggested in last Tuesday's webchat, aren't going to keep hanging on and hanging on

Curtis Davies, I am hoping to get an update today He was 50-50 for Blackburn but obviously missed that and last Saturday.
Whats your opinion of Hayden Mullins and what he gives to the team?

Hi Colin. Hearing rumours blues need to sell before court date. Any truth?
by Scott bohemia11/20/2012 12:07:20 PM
Hiya tatts ,, i cant help to think that these players now have little or nothing to give lee clarke ,, but chris hughton got there all from them , what do you think lee clarke and his staff havent got than the previous lot had ?
by David Carter11/20/2012 12:07:37 PM
No, Carson Yeungs court date, or trial outcome, doesn't necessarily have an impact on the potential sale of BIHL's shares in Blues
by Colin Tattum11/20/2012 12:08:01 PM
Colin, has Paladini hinted that it might be worth waiting for the club to go into administration instead of paying cash now, as it were?
by garrybluenose11/20/2012 12:10:26 PM
Is Pannu playing a dangerous game of brinkmanship considering Paladini is the only deal in town?
by Matt11/20/2012 12:10:31 PM
It's easy to say the players wanted to play for the last manager and don't/or can't for this. It's more complex than that. They have shown this season that they can play well, they have shown a fighting spirit and togetherness. On other occasions they have under-performed badly and should be doing better. There is no consistency and maybe, just maybe, this is what they are actually like, a season further down the line, with some changes, some injuries and a new manager
by Colin Tattum11/20/2012 12:10:42 PM
Gianni Paladini's group have maintained all along that they would prefer to strike a deal before January because they fear players will be sold to try and prop BIHL/the club up
by Colin Tattum11/20/2012 12:11:19 PM
But, from various reliable sources I speak to, the club is merely 'existing' and money is running out. There is a danger that BIHL could go bump regardless.
by Colin Tattum11/20/2012 12:12:29 PM
do you think we can turn our season around and getv into the top six ???
by alan11/20/2012 12:13:03 PM
do you think we will have new owners in by xmas??
by big al11/20/2012 12:13:06 PM
Colin, Are we looking at a relegation fight?
by TC11/20/2012 12:13:09 PM
Tatts, obviously the nightmare of the takeover debacle last week, in particular, has had a big impact with us (the fans) any indications that this has impacted on LC & the players?
by SKC11/20/2012 12:13:16 PM
To be honest, I don't know what Peter Pannu's thought process is. I understand he doesn't particularly believe the Italian group have the credentials and so on, but, until there is evidence to the contrary, theirs is the only bid on the table. Whether he might be trying to get more money, or he is working on a group in China/Hong Kong, only he knows.
by Colin Tattum11/20/2012 12:14:12 PM
One of the worst games i went to was Blues vs Liverpool ... i paid for my mum little bro and my self to go .. befor we had sat down .. the score was 2-0 ended up being 7-0 whats the worst game you have whitnessed and why @ tatts
by David Carter11/20/2012 12:14:31 PM
As Blues are seven points from the relegation zone, yes, of course they are. The lack of consistency is hugely frustrating.
by Colin Tattum11/20/2012 12:14:50 PM
Worst game? One of the worst was in the early 90s, against Wigan, if I remember rightly. 0-0. Nothing happened. Absolutely nothing. Dougie Bell went round the centre circle with the ball a few times and that was it.
by Colin Tattum11/20/2012 12:16:13 PM
How come we don't know who the other suitors were ie the thai, indian and hongkong/chinese consortium. I think it's because they don't exist. Surely we would know about them at this stage.
by Mat11/20/2012 12:17:16 PM
In regard the impact of the takeover on the players, I don't think it really affects them too much. They are paid to get on with the football, although of course any frustration that comes from the terraces will not go unnoticed. As for the manager, I think he would like a resolution one way or the other so he can get on and plan the best he can: whether it's still loans and frees or, with new people, a few new signings of substance
by Colin Tattum11/20/2012 12:18:25 PM
Are Diop or Ambrose close to a start? Surely they have to be considered??
by Finn Blue11/20/2012 12:19:59 PM
Mat, all the suitors were identified, if not the actual people behind them. The Indian group have cooled, they wanted to wait to see what happened to Carson Yeung in court and BIHL, the Thai people pulled out. If there is a bidder in China and Hong Kong, only Peter Pannu knows because nothing has come out from that part of the world about them
by Colin Tattum11/20/2012 12:20:05 PM
Is there any truth/evidence in rumours that Tata (Indian conglomerate) are interested in buying Blues. I'm praying for a yes! #nickglynn
by Nick Glynn11/20/2012 12:20:08 PM
Does the fact that we constantly keep coming upstuck at home against sides playing 5 in midfield yet do ok away against sides who play 4 in midfield give LC a clue as to what is going wrong at home, 4-5-1 / 4-3-3 has to be the way to go at home to win midfield battle!
by KP11/20/2012 12:20:11 PM
We've done the Tata rumour to death before: no, it is not them. And the Indian group have cooled anyway
by Colin Tattum11/20/2012 12:20:48 PM
Who do you reckon was our worst manager and why?
by garrybluenose11/20/2012 12:21:19 PM
Surely the Fa can intervene with this Colin. They have not submitted any accounts for nearly two years now. Surely some of the authority's should be investigating BIHL.
by Scott bohemia11/20/2012 12:21:25 PM
Colin, for us East Mids Bluenoses the ast mids games take on extra significance. What is your honest (head not heart) score prediction for Saturday? #nickglynn
by Nick Glynn11/20/2012 12:21:29 PM
10 minutes remaining
by Birmingham Mail11/20/2012 12:21:40 PM
Imagine if Lee Clark switched to 4-5-1 at home.....! I agree, teams who come and have a five in there have profited. Not just that, but players with legs, athleticism and good movement
by Colin Tattum11/20/2012 12:21:58 PM
Hi Colin. Isn't this Ravel Morrison hype unjustified? Has he done anything to suggest it's true to you?
by Paul Turner11/20/2012 12:22:55 PM
No one is in interested in Blues except Paladini, we will end up in administration if we don't get sold and then pannu and yeung will get nothing. In a way it will serve pannu right for messing paladini around
by Mike11/20/2012 12:23:02 PM
Garrybluenose that's a good question Lee Clark is the worst in the last 25 years I have supported Blues
by Mat11/20/2012 12:23:16 PM
In your opinion Tatts at the moment what is the likelihood of a takeover coming to fruition before Jan?
by SKC11/20/2012 12:23:21 PM
If Lee was given 20m in january , who do you think he would try to bring in to stans ...
